Training planification

The purpose of this topic is to install the necesary debate about what kind of training do we need, revise actual practices, rise awareness of the vital importance of train ourselves and other issues which I would like to be the rest of us to input here. This is a strating point. Do not be affraid to comment.
Also I would like to use this opportunity to rise the need to improve this weblog with your say, and as part of this I see the need to create a common email in which we can relate, the likes of yahoogroups, Surcoop is using one, this email will be use every time a comment is made in this weblog, so it will be sent to you and then you can answer back by enter the weblog page address (www.archcooperative.blogspot.com) and make the comments of every topic you whish. Ok is your turn to make it happend.

Adjusments with the links were made, but for some reason I canot make it happened in the real world. I'll check later on to see if adjusments took place.

I'm working on the html area to adjust a few new icons and to fix the links addreses, as they don't match. I'll keep triying.
